Downtown Portland’s largest and longest running music festival, Waterfront Blues Festival, will once again take place at Portland’s Tom McCall Waterfront Park, July 4-7, 2024. Waterfront Blues Festival has raised over $10 million dollars for local community organizations. The Waterfront Blues Festival Rock the Boat Blues Cares Cruise, presented by Kona Big Wave, is happening Sunday, July 7, from 3 to 5 p.m. aboard the iconic Portland Spirit, and tickets are on sale now. 100% of net proceeds from this Blues Fest Cares Cruise go to Meals on Wheels People. This is your call to embark on a scenic cruise along the Willamette River, enriched with the vibrant sounds of the blues, sunshine, and the spirit of community.
